I chose the Innovation and Technology Management (ITM) programme because of its balanced curriculum. I had worked for some years and wanted a Master's degree at the intersection of business, innovation, and IT, and the ITM programme provided just that and more. It was a rewarding programme.

My study experience was remarkable; the ambience of Tartu, coupled with the Delta building where I took my lectures, and the teaching style - a mixture of seminars, group presentations, and field work- made my experience truly enjoyable. There was always an activity to attend, both educational and recreational. Fondly, the pancakes during student week; it was nice to enjoy the outdoors with peers.

The ITM programme prepared me for my future through its balanced lecture style. It included seminars, group presentations, guest lectures, and critical discussions with seasoned Faculty members, providing both practical, hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge.

I was a chronic volunteer during my studies. ITM and the Delta Management School offered interesting, educational, and insightful activities. I participated particularly in Delta Trends Day 2024 and 2025, where I volunteered in setup and organisation. I recall listening to one of the Guest Speakers and stopping right in my tracks. The discussion centred on small businesses and an optimisation structure built around them. I gained insight into world events and thought-provoking conversations that shaped policies.

I currently work at Wise as a KYC Operations Associate. My future plan is to pursue a postgraduate degree in Regulatory Technology (RegTech), specialising in risk management, and, from there, become a Consultant on these matters.

The ITM program offers value for every profile: fresh graduates pursuing a combined knowledge of IT and business, experienced professionals looking to stay ahead of technology trends, as was the case for me or simply curious minds.
