• Kristin Seemen – an experienced recruiter at Southwestern Recruitment. She will share practical tips on how to craft an outstanding CV, optimize your LinkedIn profile, and prepare for a successful job interview.
• Karel Kõiv – entrepreneur and Regional Sales Manager at Southwestern Advantage with 18 years of experience. He’ll talk about how stress can be turned into your strength and provide practical strategies for managing pressure in high-intensity environments.
• Jan Khurana – Top Salesperson & Sales Leader at Southwestern Advantage, investor, and business graduate from the University of Tartu, currently pursuing a master’s at TalTech. He will discuss the importance of sales skills for career and life success and share real-life examples on how to improve in sales and apply these skills daily.
